Activation

For students/employees

The following link will guide you step by step through the activation process for your UniAccount:

Please have your matriculation number/personal number ready and a way to write down or save the generated user name ("uk number").

If you see the message "The user account is not eligible for activation." after entering your information, your account has already been activated. Please note that when you change from student to employee status, you will normally continue to use the account you already have.

You do not need to re-activate your account, you can continue to use the old account with the old credentials. Your permissions will be updated automatically. You can adjust your email address by following these instructions.

For other members of the university

As a guest or lecturer (without a personnel number) please use the form "Application for UniAccount" and send it signed to the IT Service Center. An activation code will be sent to you.
